Hello and welcome. I’m a Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addictions Counselor with over twelve years of experience in the field, including eight years of clinical practice. My work is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and life transitions, offering a safe space to explore what healing and growth can look like. My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based practices while also honoring the wisdom and resilience my clients bring into the room.
